Introduction of rotatry dryer
Rotary drum dryer is an industrial drying equipment, which is the
most widely used drying equipment in mining equipment. Rotary drum
dryer has the characteristics of high production efficiency,
convenient operation, reasonable structure and low energy
consumption. According to different product characteristics, dryers
are also divided into single-cylinder dryer and three-cylinder

Rotary Drying Machine Working Principles
1 Rotary Dryer is made up of cylinder, lifting plate, transmission,
supporting devices and others.
2 Based on reasonable layout an alternate angle-change equally
spaced in cylinder, the lifting plate scatters the wet material
inside rotating cylinder.
3 Hot air flow turns water into steam letting into air, and aimed
dry material is achieved.
Main techincal parameters
Inside of the rotary drum dryer, there are many tubes. During
drying process, the hot air will enter into tube-
internal by draught fan, while the materials exist tube-external,
so that the materials can be dried indirectly, there is no
pollution and no color change, also a fire that caused by too high
temperature will be avoided successfully.
